We process settlements on a monthly basis. After partners submit their settlement requests each month, we will review them before the end of the month.

Review Process: We will review the settlement requests to ensure they comply with our guidelines and regulations.

Settlement Time: After the review is completed, funds will be paid at the beginning of the following month. The specific settlement time depends on the partner’s location and method of settlement.

Settlement Completion: After settlement is complete, we will provide settlement details for partners to reference and verify.

• 1. We do not approve any affiliate agreements, including distributors of toolbars, browser helpers, shopping assistance apps, etc.
• 2. Fraudulent/manipulative/paid marketing activities in Google Adwords are not allowed.
• 3. Paid marketing activities on Google, including those involving other system trademarks, are prohibited.
• 4. Domain squatting or typo squatting (domains similar to MusicFab) is forbidden.
• 5. Promotion using coupon abuse is not allowed.
• 6. Please do not use downloaders that may cause losses to other members of our affiliate program.
• 7. We reserve the right to modify any terms and conditions of this agreement at any time at our discretion and will notify you by email. If you cannot accept our modifications, the only solution is to terminate this agreement.
